Murray's Party

This year we decided to do Murray's birthday a little differently. We usually have a barbecue at our place, but this year Murray wanted to go out for lunch. So we all went to Mission Springs for lunch. It was a great party. Here are some of them.

What we have been up to....

This week, I got my chi hair straightener and I absolutely love it. Tracey now wants us to order her one off ebay as well.

Murray went to a career decision making program through Compass called Compass Express. It was a 4 day program rather than a few weeks. He has been busy every night with 2 to 4 hours of homework. We are looking into the possibility of sending him to Vancouver Film School for a one year program. I will keep you posted on that. As most of you know Murray has dreamt of going into 3d animation for about 10 years, but we just could not afford school. We may have a way in which we can afford to send him in Oct. Of course I will keep you up to date on that one as well.It is hard to believe after 10 years of dreaming we may be so close. Fingers crossed that it works out for him.

We finally found lights to put in the dinning room and above the stairs. Since we looked at the house 4 years ago, Tracey has wanted the original lights that we had. We promised once we found some new ones, she could have them. Well she is thrilled with her new lights. We hung them up yesterday.
